Every custom project moves through the three signature phases of our branding process.
Where your brand is born.
We start by going deep. Your strategy session is where we align on your vision, your audience, your positioning, and the creative direction we're building from. This is the foundation everything else is built on.

This is where it all comes to life. We design your full brand identity system rooted in everything we built in Phase 1, and deliver it as a complete picture at once.

If you've booked any collateral add-ons, we build those out here while your brand identity is still fresh. Every piece is designed as a natural extension of what we built in Phase 2, so everything feels cohesive across every touchpoint.

Where your brand goes live.
Your website is your 24 hour sales person. It does the heavy lifting of getting your people to take action. If your brand strategy and design are the foundation of who you are, your website is the machine that communicates that to the masses.

Here's how we stay in sync, keep things moving, and make sure you always know where your project stands.
All project communication between you and our team will take place inside Honeybook. From here on out, you'll be working closely with our project manager, Amy. Messages can be accessed via your Honeybook portal and will also be sent directly to your email inbox, so you can reply from wherever is easiest.
Every Monday, you'll receive a project update from Amy, our project manager. You'll always know exactly where things stand, what's in progress, and what's coming next. You can also reach out to Amy at any time with questions - she's your point of contact throughout the entire project.
We'll do our best to respond to you within 24 hours during Monday–Friday business hours.
With each project deliverable, we'll include a feedback deadline. To keep the project on track, we ask that all feedback is submitted by or before that date.
We completely understand that life happens. If you need more time on a specific deliverable, just let Amy know and we'll work it out. If an extension hasn't been requested and feedback isn't submitted within 7 business days, that deliverable will be considered approved and we'll move forward.
Custom projects include multiple dedicated rounds of revisions built into each phase. We go back and forth until everything feels exactly right. The more specific your feedback, the faster and better we can refine. We want to hear what you loved just as much as what you want to change - both matter.
Once your final files and website are in your hands, you have everything you need to show up exactly the way you should. Your Brand Hub lives online and is always accessible. And we're always here if you need anything down the road - just reach out.
Before we get started
Two things to take care of before your onboarding call. Check each one off as you go.
This helps us get to know your business & prep for our strategy session. The more details you can include here, the better! We want to know everything about your business and the people you serve.
This must be completed at least 48 hours before your strategy session.
Grab a slot that works for you. On this call, Amy, our project manager, will walk you through your full project timeline and process, get your strategy session with Ariel officially on the calendar, and answer any questions you have. Think of it as your official welcome into the project. You'll leave feeling completely taken care of and ready to go.
